Ice cream coating include products made on coconut oil, as well as products made with cocoa butter and cocoa liquor (made in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 53897 and TU).

Characterized, as a rule, by a higher fat content (40-60%) than conventional glazes. This is necessary to obtain a glaze with a higher flowability, allowing it to spread throughout the product.
